Bylakuppe, Karnataka State This is Kunsang Lama, a Tibetan Monk that I became friends with while I was living in Bangalore. Bylakuppe is a Tibetan Resettlement Camp 100 mi south of Bangalore, just south of Mysore.

Young and old Lama's in Temple. In tradition from Tibet one boy from each family around the age of 10-12 joined the Monastery and usually remained a monk for life.
